The Wine Bar retains the laid-back atmosphere and rustic charm of 1923 when it all began. The liquor licence is still registered in the name of "Ye Olde Horse Wagon Trading Post".
Originally a watering hole for the bullock teams lugging development into the Hunter Valley, it's now affectionately know as 'Luggas', a watering hole for locals and visitors.
Relax and chat over a glass while you take in the ageless view of Laguna?s slice of the beautiful Wollombi Valley. If you haven't got a story to tell when you arrive, you'll have one to recount by the time you leave!
